At Dr. Pau Beauty, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of skincare products, we have a strict but fair refund policy.
Returns
- We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Manufacturing defects confirmed by our team
To request a refund, you must provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect skincare expectations
- Allergic reactions (we recommend reviewing ingredients before purchase)
- Products that have been opened or used
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, FedEx, customs, etc.), but we will assist in tracking lost packages.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
